Meet Sookie! A nine year old Welsh Cardigan Corgi who melted my heart. I met Sookie’s owner a couple of years ago, as she’s helped navigate the ups and downs with my own dog. We had a wonderful photo session with Sookie and Cathy. It was inspiring to see the bond Sookie has with her human. Eye contact was almost constant the whole session, except when chasing toys and admiring the view of the lake. It was obvious Sookie trusts her human, loves to train, yet knows that she can have fun barking, playing fetch and chase. She has the best ears, and a cute tiny light spot on her nose.
